As the owners of this property we will act as an intermediary during the initial discussion and/or agreement. We utilize a licensed management company located directly on Marco Island (2 mins from the property) to assist with arrival, departure and any property maintenance.  This guarantees that you will receive professional service throughout your vacation.  

 - For rentals 1 month and greater, the agreement will be facilitated through our management company.  

 - For rentals less than 1 month the agreement will be handled directly with the owner


  • Review the information on this website and contact us with any questions or rental requests
  • An agreement is made for a particular rental period and rental rate
  • Our management company will oversee your arrival and entrance into the property along with addressing any issues during your rental period.


  • Key Pick-Up  will take place at our management company office on Marco Island.  Office Hours- Monday Through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  For later arrivals keys will be made available in a lock box outside the office.
  • Key Return to the management office must take place upon departure.
  • Cleaning of the condo is provided prior to arrival and following the renter’s departure.  Deductions will be made from your security deposit for damage to the unit and/or for extraordinary cleaning services required. 
  • Telephone service is provided. 
  • Internet service is provided via free Wi-Fi access points in the condo and the building lobby.
  • Linens and Housewares are provided for you convenience.   This includes everything that you are accustom to in your home including kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, etc.  The unit also has a pack-and-play.  Items such as cribs, high chairs, bicycles, etc., are available for rent through providers on the island.
  • Rules include no motor homes, RV’s, campers, motorcycles, scooters, certain trucks and trailers are permitted on property common areas.   Tenants and/or guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the condominium association.  Sub-leasing is not allowed.
