Agreement

An agreement is made for a particular rental period and rental rate
Prior to arrival and once all payments are made a Welcome Pack will be provided with keys, further property details, & arrival instructions.

Arrival

Keys will be mailed to you in advance of your arrival. This is quicker, more efficient and takes the guess work out of picking up keys during your arrival.
Registration with the building manager is required.
Internet service is provided via free Wi-Fi access points in the condo, building lobby & pool areas.
Linens and Housewares are provided for you convenience. This includes everything that you are accustom to in your home including kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Items such as cribs, high chairs, bicycles, etc., are available for rent through providers on the island.
Rules must be followed in accordance with building regulations. Sub-leasing, smoking, commercial vehicles, etc are not allowed.
Cleaning of the condo is provided prior to arrival and following your departure. Deductions will be made from your security deposit for damage to the unit and/or for extraordinary cleaning services required.
Key Return is simple. Simply place them in the pre-paid mail envelope and drop them in the out-going mail box in the lobby of the property building.
